Our Return Policy

We cannot accept return for all items due to the nature of some of our products. If opened these products will no longer be sterile and may be subject to cross contamination and not fit for resale. For items that you are able to return, they must be unused and in the same condition as when you purchased them. We cannot accept any returns on items that have been used or tested. We offer a refund within 14 working days of receipt. Please note that we don’t offer free returns. 

Returning Items

If you wish to return an item, please notify us in writing within 14 days stating your order number, name, contact details including address and telephone number, date of purchase and reason for the return:

We kindly ask that you use recorded or tracked post for your own peace of mind and ours. While this is not a legal requirement, it helps us keep track of the return process. Please note that items marked as "reduced" are exempt from our usual returns policy. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are here to assist you with the return process.

Please also make sure everything is stored, the re-packaged safely. 

If Your Item(s) arrive damaged

We ensure all items that are posted to our customers are of the highest standard, but if there is ever a need to return a damaged item, we do accept returns and will offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. You must send us a clear picture of the damaged item within 24 hours of receiving your parcel along with your order number in order for us to process your return.

Shipping Policy

Orders up to £25 in the UK have a shipping charge from £1.55 to £4.85

Free shipping to the UK of orders £35+

International shipping prices may vary by territory. See shipping choices by carrier in check-out. International orders do not include duties or taxes. Fees will be due upon receipt. 


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
